Students can now view and print their enrollment verification on the web. This is offered through the National Student Clearinghouse, who serves as an authorized agent for enrollment verifications. All certifications are considered official by the North Dakota University System. By selecting Enrollment Verification, you will be able to print your verification and mail it to whomever you wish. In addition to printing off your own enrollment certificate, you will also have the ability to view other information relevant to your enrollment and student loan deferments.

You will need to access the CampusConnection registration system for this process, so you will need your EMPL number and log-in password. Once you are logged in to the Campus Connection system, click on:

Student Self Service => Learner Services => Academics => Self-Service Enrollment Verification.

This will take you to the instruction page and you have the option to click on enrollment verification which will connect you to the National Student Clearinghouse. From that screen you can print or view your enrollment information.
