Combined Degrees and Bridge-to-Master's Programs
Combined Degrees
The University of North Dakota offers combined degrees in: Accountancy, Applied Economics, Business Administration, Chemistry, Counseling, Public Administration, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineering. The intention of these programs is to allow qualified students to complete requirements for both a baccalaureate degree and a master's degree in one year beyond that which is required to receive the undergraduate degree.
Bridge to the Master’s Degree
The Graduate School also has developed partnerships with several schools in North Dakota as well as California State Polytechnic University, Pomona that will allow senior level undergraduate students to gain advanced standing in master’s degree programs at the University of North Dakota.
Students have the opportunity to enroll in graduate coursework prior to completing their baccalaureate degree. Up to six credits of graduate coursework can be applied to their master’s degree as well as their bachelor’s degree. This will also allow students to complete a master’s degree in approximately 12-18 months after the normal bachelor degree completion date.
